IICRC and
CCINW and our carpet and upholstery cleaning staff are certified IICRC technicians with
Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold
Remediation, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odour Control, Carpet Repair &
Reinstallation, Applied Structural Drying and Master Cleaning Technician certifications.
Their certifications allow for the replacement of stain protection and other additives to
maintain the warranty of the flooring that may otherwise be voided. Cleaning on site is done with
truck mounted hot water extraction cleaning units as per IICRC certified procedures. Portable cleaning
and extraction units are also available if needed.
Our technicians are adept at specialized stain removal such as coffee, tea, wine, water and furniture
stains in addition to odour removal of all kinds.
Area rugs can be dried and/or cleaned in our carpet care shop that has been designed with a cleaning
station, drying racks, and storage racks for that purpose.
