Downs Construction Ltd. will remedy any defects
caused by faulty workmanship or materials that appear within 12 months from
substantial completion of the work.
In addition, Downs Construction Ltd. will remedy
any defects caused by faulty workmanship that appear within 60 months from
substantial completion of the work, subject to the following limitations and
restrictions.
Limitations and Restrictions of 60 Month Warranty
The warranty is restricted to the labour provided by Downs Construction Ltd.'s employees.
It does not cover faulty materials, products, or equipment supplied or used for the
work. Materials, products, and equipment supplied for the work is limited to the warranty
offered by the manufacturer or supplier of the materials, products, or
equipment.
The labour and materials supplied by plumbers,
electricians, roofers, other sub trades or companies hired by Downs
Construction Ltd. to complete the work will be limited to the warranty
provided by those sub trades or companies.
The warranty is only valid if proper maintenance
has been carried out within the recommended time periods.
The warranty is only valid if the work covered
by the warranty is paid for in full. The warranty is only extended to those
customers with accounts in good standing.
