Downs Construction Ltd. will remedy any defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials that appear within 12 months from substantial completion of the work.
In addition, Downs Construction Ltd. will remedy any defects caused by faulty workmanship that appear within 60 months from substantial completion of the work, subject to the following limitations and restrictions.
This warranty is restricted to the labor provided by Downs Construction Ltd.'s employees. It does not cover faulty materials, products, or equipment supplied or used for the work. Materials, products, and equipment supplied for the work are limited to the warranty offered by the manufacturer or supplier of the materials, products, or equipment.
The labor and materials supplied by plumbers, electricians, roofers, other subtrades or companies hired by Downs Construction Ltd. to complete the work will be limited to the warranty provided by those subtrades or companies.
This warranty is only valid if proper maintenance has been carried out within the recommended time periods.
This warranty is only valid if the work covered by the warranty is paid for in full. The warranty is only extended to those customers with accounts in good standing.
