All personal information you provide to Downs Construction is protected under the federal Privacy Act.  We comply with the 2004 Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and we do not disclose, sell, rent or lease your personal or business information to anyone.  We will only disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law.

In some instances, we collect credit card information provided by you for billing purposes. We collect this information for the convenience of our customers but do not store, use, or share credit card information for any other purpose.
