Water & Sewer Damage
Our IICRC certified Flood technicians are prepared for all types of water and sewage damage restoration. The emergency restoration services at Downs Construction includes specialized flood management equipment such as truck mounted & portable water extraction units, dehumidifiers, and air movers. This specialized equipment is packed along with deodorants and microbial contaminate elimination solutions in our Flood Vans, ensuring we are ready for every water or sewage flood situation.
Property Damage
We offer 24 hour emergency service for all types of building damage including break & enter, wind, fire & smoke, vehicle impact, and vandalism. Our journeyman carpenters are available day or night for emergency board ups, wind damaged roof repairs, emergency structural repairs, and to secure damaged doors or broken windows.
Contents Damage
Cleaning crews are on call to provide complete contents restoration including emergency restoration & cleaning services, POI (Pack Out Inventory), and drying of all types of contents.
